Data processed
We process basic account data, wedding information, guest data uploaded by users, RSVPs, dietary restrictions, photographs, files, essential technical data, and billing references.
Purposes
Providing and securing the service, collaboration, invitations and RSVP, support, billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, export, recovery, and scheduled deletion.
Sensitive data and minors
Dietary restrictions and photographs of minors may require enhanced protection. Users must have sufficient authorization before uploading them. Providing such data is not mandatory unless required for a requested function.
Processors and transfers
We currently use Supabase for database, authentication, and storage; Vercel for hosting; and Lemon Squeezy for payments once activated. These providers may process data outside Colombia under contractual and security safeguards.
Retention
Wedding Pass operational data is scheduled for deletion after the purchased period and recovery/export windows. Monthly-plan data is retained while the plan remains active. Minimal legal, accounting, and security records may be retained longer.
Rights
Data subjects may access, update, correct, request deletion, revoke authorization, and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio where applicable.
Requests
Requests may be submitted through the public form or by emailing support@eternal-amore.com. We may verify identity and notify the wedding administrator when necessary.
Cookies
We currently use essential authentication, security, and language cookies. No advertising or marketing cookies are used. Consent will be requested before introducing non-essential tools where required.
Security and incidents
We apply access controls, authentication, database policies, and specialized providers. No system is infallible; incidents will be handled and notified as required by applicable law.
