Service
Eternal Amore provides digital tools for wedding planning, team collaboration, guest management, budgets, schedules, and invitations.
Plans and trial
Each user receives one 10-day free trial when creating their first wedding, without a payment method. Wedding Pass and monthly plans currently provide identical features. The multi-wedding monthly plan permits up to 10 weddings.
Access and expiration
Wedding Pass covers one wedding and ends seven days after its wedding date. Monthly plans remain active while payments are current. Failed payments receive a three-day grace period and up to 30 days for recovery before data deletion.
Date changes
A wedding date may be changed once, no later than seven days before the current date, and no more than two years into the future. Moving it earlier does not reduce already purchased access.
Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and retain access through the paid period. Only wedding administrators may manage billing.
Refunds
Wedding Pass refunds may be requested within one month and monthly renewal refunds within three weeks, except after the wedding date or for prior billing cycles. Approved refunds immediately lock access and provide a short export period.
Data and deletion
After recovery periods expire, operational data, files, and public invitation links are deleted. Only minimal records required for accounting, security, disputes, and legal obligations are retained.
Content and third parties
Users confirm they have authorization to upload guest data and photographs, including photographs of minors. Illegal, abusive, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but may experience maintenance or interruptions. Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law without excluding mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law and disputes are submitted to the competent authorities of Cali, Colombia, without limiting mandatory protections available to international consumers.
